Brand new to capoeira and looking to learn more? Join us for a joyful, musical, and excellent workout. Our ten-week beginners series starts March 24, 2024!
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and give you the proper foundation for entering our ongoing classes. The series will introduce you to Capoeira: a rich, multidimensional art that combines martial arts, dance, acrobatics, and music. Classes focus on stretching, conditioning, the fundamental movements of Capoeira, and singing and playing Capoeira instruments. You won’t find a better full-body workout!
CLASS SCHEDULE
SUNDAYS 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Dates: 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26
Location: Classes will be held in Park Slope, at Way of Action, 316 7th St, Brooklyn, NY 11215
Price: $300 if you already have a uniform, $380 if you need a uniform.
